- 表的读法
- 型号(Type)・・・多极管的3极接法用(T)表示。
- 灯丝(Heater)・・・表示灯丝的电压电流。D指的是直热管。
- 最大屏压(Ebmax)・・・多极管的场合,为第2栅极的最大电压。
- 最大屏损(Ppmax)・・・若无多极管3极接法时的数据,指的是第2栅极的损失,此时以Ppmax+0.5*Pg2max 来计。
- 最大阴极电流(Ikmax)
- 放大率(Mu)、跨导(Gm)・・・规格表中所出现数值的范围。
- 屏流Ip150・・・屏压150V、栅极电压0V时的屏电流。
